Out With the Old, In With the New

Well, after a week of desperately trying to fix the paragraph long error message I received when I was playing around with the design of my blog, I have resorted to starting over....It is unfortunate and annoying, but necessary. YIKES!!!!

Ok, I accidentally clicked on something that I shouldn't have apparently and now my blog is all messed up!!! I don't know what happened to my background, header picture, title, etc. I am working on trying to fix it....

Sippy Cups

On Tuesday, Braxton and I took the girls for their six month checkup. Avery is 26.5 inches long (75th percentile) and weighs 17 lbs. 14 oz. (75th percentile). Caroline is 25 inches long (25th percentile) and weighs 15 lbs. 14 oz (50th percentile). The girls did great and our pediatrician was pleased with their progress! He also said to start using a sippy cup some. So, we went to Target yesterday to buy some sippy cups. I could not believe the array of options there were. Big, little, handles, no handles, leak proof, spill proof, BPA free, etc. Target has one whole side of an aisle devoted to sippy cups. Crazy. Anyway, I picked some out, washed them, and we tried them out last night.

Avery did well with it. She drank from it right away and held it for a good amount of time!

So grown up!

Caroline was pretty much not interested in the cup except to chew on it and toss it around. I think she will end up liking it better than the bottle because she is not a big fan of the bottle.
